The ratings below are are retrodictive, although teams are assigned a strength rating at the beginning of the year. Other than that strength rating the list is purely retrodictive. Each week's rating has the same standing as any other week.

How to find your perfect rating system:

If you think last week's winner should be higher than the loser
   use the hotlists.
If you think the teams that are the highest scoring should be higher
   use the predictive ratings.
If you think the teams that absolutely hate to lose should be highest
   use the retrodictive ratings.
If you just want to know what I think
   use the combined lists.
